Individual Teacher or Admin Consultations
Individual teacher coaching usually includes classroom observations, goal setting and action planning, focused classroom observations, and consultation meetings with the classroom teacher or classroom team.
Admin consultations include support and ideas for student management systems, parent communication tools, and staff communication management. Avenues for parent and teacher feedback as well as staff evaluation planning can also be provided. -
Group Trainings
Group trainings consists of classroom teachers and administrators from one or more programs coming together to learn about specific topics, as well as networking and planning for future implementations of the skills. Follow up classroom observations and support can be provided.

Educators will be provided with observation tools for assessment and progress tracking that can be implemented into their classrooms. All documentation templates were created to be easy to use for teachers who already have their hands full, and can provide parents, administrators, and EI specialists with the information they need to make critical decisions for student success. We will practice using all tools, and then take master copies home to use in your space.
