Integrating Early Intervention in a Post Pandemic World

As professional educators our mission is always to do the best thing for our students. In an ever changing landscape, that can feel harder and harder to accomplish. With development varying from child to child more than ever, how can we support all the children in care where they're at - and get them the support they need without feeling the burnout that plagues so many teachers both before and after teaching through a global pandemic?

Join us and Kristin Podelnyk, M.Ed - an Oregon Master Trainer and director of Mustard Seed Preschool to learn how to navigate the road to early intervention referral, practical and easy to use tools for observation and data collection for typical and neurodivergent students, and ways to integrate big body play into your classroom in a safe, manageable way for students who need it. We will close out our day with an optional 1 credit discussion led by a special education teacher and early intervention specialist to share what's working in your classrooms, and what's not.
